Doug Trevethan - Sound
A consummate collaborator, Emmy-nominated sound specialist Doug Trevethan has been freelancing since 1991 and has developed a wide-ranging skill set as a cameraman, lighting/dolly grip, and audio tech. His long list of credits includes documentary, live broadcast, independent film, sports, and corporate/marketing projects. Doug’s documentary credits include Tales From Arab Detroit (Olive Branch Productions), Bones of Contention (History Channel), Step Ahead with Audi A3 (Discovery), and the feature-length documentaries Rise (Lookalike Productions), and The Making of Cyrano (PBS). Over the last few years Doug has worked on projects for ESPN, Detroit Opera Theatre, Detroit Edison (DTE), and many others.
Recent projects include Tailgate 48 for the Big 10 Network and Autoweek’s Vinsetta Garage on Discovery’s Velocity Channel. Doug has also been nominated for an Emmy this year for his audio work on the syndicated medical program Ask Dr. Nandi for Impact.
